Delivery options

US & Canada 
All orders within mainland US and Canada are shipped by UPS and FedEx. Orders to Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska are shipped via USPS.

SE
All orders within Sweden are shipped by Postnord to you local and available agent or parcel locker. 

EU & UK 
All orders within the UK and EU are shipped by UPS. All shipments will be delivered to the address you entered when placing your order.

Shipments that the courier is unable to deliver to the address will be automatically returned to us. Please make sure that all information you provide when placing your order is spelled correctly and your name is listed and visible on the door of your delivery address. 

Delivery times

All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within Sweden. Order processing usually takes 3-8 business days. Please note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery time. 

You will receive an e-mail notification when your order leaves our warehouse with instructions on how to track your order. 

Shipping cost

United States
We offer free delivery on purchases with a value of 85 USD or over. For purchases under 85 USD, a delivery fee of 10 USD will be added.

Canada
We offer free delivery on purchases with a value of 110 CAD or over. For purchases under 110 CAD, a delivery fee of 18 CAD will be added.

Sweden
We offer free delivery on purchases over 500 SEK with Postnord to your nearest agent. For purchases under 500 SEK, a delivery fee of 29 SEK will be added.

EU
The shipping cost vary depending on what country you are located in and your order value.

Shipping rate Norway: 150 NOK for orders under 600 NOK. Free shipping for orders over 600 NOK.

Shipping rate Denmark: 69 DKK for orders under 600 DKK. Free shipping for orders over 600 DKK.

Shipping rate within rest of Europe: 100 SEK for orders under 600 SEK. Free shipping for orders over 600 SEK.

UK
The shipping rate on all orders to the UK is £10.
